make sure you have latest version of final cut pro. we check on our side its working prefectly still. you need to use it correctly and have latest final cut pro version.
We ARE using the latest version, 10.6.8. We checked a dozen times. Nothing but a black screen after dragging Dehancer to our timeline. When you remove Dehancer, the screen shows the video again.

Like others have posted, once downloaded with your terminal hack, Dehancer, when dragged to the timeline of FCP, the viewfinder becomes a blank/black screen and says “de-activated” and asks for email and license #. Tried this on Final Cut 10.6.6, 10.6.7, and the latest 10.6.8. Your hack has a flaw on Intel iMacs and DOES NOT WORK. Thanks for trying.
This hack works perfectly if you want i can make another video to show you with date. i don’t know why it isn’t working on your side. you can see on reddit for most of users its working few users facing some issue not totally blank one.
It does NOT work on Mac Intels using Catalina, Monterey, or Ventura on FCP 10.6.3, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7., or 6.8. Yes, look at all the posts on Reddit, all the people who say it works are using M1/M2 Macs. Nobody using an Intel Mac has posted that it works for them. You get a black screen and it says unregistered. You are in denial. You keep testing it on an M1/M2, not an Intel Mac. Instead of working to fix the glitch for us Intel users, you keep doubling down that it works for everyone. Run it on an Intel, when you see it doesn’t work, Fix it!
i doesn’t have an actual mac device to test. i am using it in VM. and my friend have m1. so first i test it and then my friend. i did ask in my group if anyone have intel mac who can test according as i says and i will watch that process of installation. if that fails then i will come to conclusion. maybe you are right i can’t deny. because photoshop for me and for my friend is working and not working for the rest of the users. that not make us wrong. that is the main reason i can’t say that it doesn’t work on intel mac. let me test and then i can come to conclusion.

I have 3 editor friends who use M1 Macs and two who use Intel. We all downloaded your Dehancer hacks and it only worked for the M1 and not the Intel versions. So there’s you’re issue/glitch. Your hack only works for Mac M1’s. How about looking into getting it to work for Mac Intels now?

No. It was tried on FCP 10.6.3, 6.5, 6.7, and 6.8 using Catalina, Monterey, and Ventura. It didn’t work on any Intel Mac, only the few who use M1 and M2s. This hack does not work for Intel Macs. Try creating the hack for us Intel users.
